Egyptian goulash made with a savory combination of

beef, onion and seasonings

and baked into a flaky filo dough crust.

 

Homous Lunch

Our original dip -- made with pureed chickpeas,

sesame seed oil, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil.

 

 

Koshary Bowl

 

 

Caramelized onions embellish this tantalizing combination of lentils, rice and macaroni -- blended and garnished with a delicately seasoned tomato sauce.
